We are so excited to share John and Rachel’s wedding film which took place on a beautiful Labor Day weekend at the breathtaking CeNita Vineyards in Cleveland, GA. Their ceremony was a personal and intimate gathering attended by all of their family of friends. The scene was backdropped by a serene mountainscape and open, blue skies.

John and Rachel invited their guests to spend the days leading up to their wedding at Unicoi State Park with them to hike, swim, canoe, zip line, and sit around warm camp fires. Spending quality time with the people they love was one of the biggest priorities for John and Rachel. During the ceremony they sang songs in unison with their guests and performed a communal pronunciation of John and Rachel as husband and wife.

John and Rachel are also travelers and love exploring the world together. To commemorate Micronesian tradition which they were familiarized with through the Peace Corps, they were given a chuuk and nif to symbolize their commitment to take care of each other as a family. They also had a tree planting ceremony to symbolize the roots of their relationship and the continued growth of their love.

After the ceremony, John and Rachel enjoyed talking and playing outdoor yard games with their friends and families. They were greeted in the reception with gracious toasts and danced to the beat of their favorite music. Knowing that they are musicians, it was very special seeing witnessing them take time together during various parts of the day to celebrate and enjoy music together from a small duet prior to the ceremony, to a group song during the ceremony, to a variety of different genres of music during the reception.

We’re so thankful to have been a part of John and Rachel’s celebration and we hope they have lots of exciting adventures together!
